Would suggest that they are not her parents and they have been added here in error. There is no record of her birthplace or year of birth, her death is recorded a May there is no other references at all.

I have no evidence, nor authority, but I am inclined to think it is that her mother's DOB is off.

Her father's DOB is OK (matches hers), so perhaps a better DOB for Gisele Lorraine might be 840, 835 ?

However maybe that just pushes the date issue back to the mother's parents and grandparents?
