Permelia Frost was born at Hubbardton, Massachusetts on January 2, 1817, daughter of Stephen Jr. and Parmelia Frost. [1]
She married Horatio P. Wheeler at Asburnham, Massachusetts on on November 23, 1852. [2] Her husband Horatio was was born at Gardner, Massachusetts on October 16, 1825, son of Joel Wheeler and his first wife Patty Kelton . [3]
On May 31, 1869, Horatio Wheeler of Ashby and wife Parmelia, were summoned to appear in court, on a complaint of Augusta H. Frost, widow of J. Milton Frost, Parmelia's brother, charged with fraudulently receiving, concealing embezzling and carrying away items from her husband's estate. [4]
Parmelia died n June 11, 1888 at Ashby, Massachusetts. [5] She is likely the Permelia Frost who is buried in the Parish Cemetery at Hubbardston. [6]
After her death, Horatio married second, Georgiana M. (Drake) Bassett, as her third husband on April 19, 1894 North Grafton, Massachusetts. [7][8]
Horatio, a resident of Hubbarston, died on February 19, 1912 at St. Francis Home, Worcester, Massachusetts and was buried in Hubbardston, Massachusetts. [9]
They had no known children.
