Timothy Fuller was born about 1722 in Isle of Wight, Virginia, the son of Ezekiel Fuller and Deborah Spivey. He is named as a son in his father's 1722/23 Isle of Wight will.[1]
He married Elizabeth (surname unknown). She is identified as the executor of his estate. NOTE: Although Elizabeth is frequently attributed as the daughter of Thomas Vinson and Sarah Stanford of Somerset County, Maryland, she is not identified in Thomas' 1753 will.

Timothy and his brothers, Joseph & Arthur Fuller, are listed in the Muster Roll for the Granville, North Carolina, Militia during the French and Indian War, serving in Capt Osborn Jeffrey's Company.[3][4]

Timothy Fuller died about 1767 in Bute County, North Carolina, when his Estate Inventory was recorded. His Accounts were presented 14 Aug 1770, by Elizabeth Fuller, administrator. [8]
