Biography
Alta Alice Fuller was born on 26 Dec 1871 in Hebron, Oxford, Maine. She is the daughter of Josiah Fuller and Mary Noble. She married firstly Robert W Wiley on 21 Oct 1891 in Hebron, Oxford, Maine. Robert died before 1920. She married secondly Samuel Cottle on 6 Dec 1926 in Hallowell, Maine. She died after 1940 in Maine.
