It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Samuel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.

I see here https://archive.org/details/fullergenealogy01full/page/41/mode/2up?q=Naomi that it says Hartford Probate Records, Vol. 12, page 330, and Colchester Probate Records, Vol. 4, p. 233. - At family search the Hartford probate are locked (you have to go to a library) and volume 4 p. 33 in Colchester is not him. It's even the wrong years. Should be in Volume two, but it doesn't have an index.
There are three at Ancestry Sam c. 1757, 1758, but none of them is for him. One in Bolton, One in Norwich and the one in Colchester is for a Samuel with wife Patience and child Ezekiel.
Yes, I believe this is the correct record for Samuel.
I think I've found enough evidence to confirm this Samuel Fuller is the "Aged Fuller" that died in a Hartford prison 12FEB1757.
The Center Church Burying Ground states "of Colchester." TAG article says the Hartford Court records provide details of his incarceration, but I haven't been able to get to the library to unlock the image yet.
The East Haddam (Colchester Probate District) File #1306 has inventories and a Letter of Administration naming Nathan Sawyer as administrator. Samuel's daughter Desire was married to Nathan Sawyer.
I'm wondering if anyone has ever connected these dots?
I also found Hartford Assembly notes about a bond posted by two of Samuel's brothers and two of his sons, I think it was 1733. But I don't know if the bond is related to Samuel's court case.
I haven't found any comprehensive biography about this guy, but I wonder if there are any historians in WIKI users that are knowledgeable about him?

I think this Samuel had a son named Samuel that married Patience. And they had another Samuel.
The sad thing is all 3 generations died within months of each other in 1757, FEB to MAY. Makes me wonder if it was war or illness.

hmmm, I don't remember the Silver Book stating intestate. But that's even more curious that his son Abner was presumed "died young" because he wasn't mentioned in the settlement of Samuel's estate. From the probate records, I don't find any family members listed as heirs. Can you send me a pic of that Silver Book page? kjfuller7@gmail
I wonder if anyone has ever done a deep dive on this "Naomi?"
I can find a Nora born Jun 1727 (Slide #6715), but I find no Naomi, Nam, Nem, Amy, Ami, etc.
Additionally, Nora could be the daughter of Samuel b1706. Three Samuels died in 1757, grandfather in FEB, and father & son in MAY.
Samuel b1682, his son Samuel b1706, his son Samuel b1736.
Just curious. :-)
Naomi (Nem) Fuller was named in her father's will in 1735. Naomi was married in 1703, so a birth estimate any later than, say, 1685 would not make sense. She's profiled, minimally, under Moses Rowley and Samuel Fuller's entries in the Edward Fuller 'silver book.' (2006 edition, pp. 33 & 53). Her birth wasn't recorded in Barnstable County from what I can find.
Fuller-7955 and Fuller-2602 appear to represent the same person because: Vital data and family members are the same. (Sorry, I didn't mean to make a second profile.)
