William M (Willie) Fuller was born on 16 Oct 1913 in Tahlequah, Cherokee, Oklahoma to parents William Washington (Bill) Fuller and Ader Bell (Ada) Garroutte. He married firstly Bethel Lee Calico about 1930 in Oklahoma. Children: Billy G, Alma Fay, Brenda, Jerry, Ruth. He married secondly Ruby S Hutchins. He died on 28 Nov 1981 in Tahlequah, Cherokee, Oklahoma. He was buried in Blue Springs Cemetery, Tahlequah, Cherokee, Oklahoma.
