William James Fuller was born in Jul 1835 in Gordonsville, Smith, Tennessee to parents Harris Fuller and Mary C Tuggle. He married Mary Catherine Threlkeld on 11 Feb 1874 in Crittenden, Kentucky. ChIldren: William Harvey, Thomas Henry, Ida Belle, Nancy E, Marry C, Francis N, Grover Cleveland, Lizzie H. He died on 15 Jan 1907 in Crittenden, Kentucky.
William served during the Civil War in the Union Army as a Private in Company H, 128th Illinois Infantry.
