Biography

Spencer was born on 5 May 18963 in Alden, Erie, New York to William S Fuller and Lauretta Clarissa Miller. The family moved to Taylor County, Iowa about 1869. Spencer married Nettie Leonora John on 18 Feb 1885 in Bedford, Taylor, Iowa. Their children: William Amos, Fred Walton, Mary Ellen, Lillie Glen, Clara Pearl, and Mabel Irene.

In about 1902 Spencer won land in Oklahoma Territory via the El Reno Land Lottery; the land lies in the SW corner of Canadian County, OK, east of Hinton, OK Indian Township 12.0N Range 10.0W Section 32/Received160 acres via El Reno Homestead Lottery. He passed away on 8 Nov 1926 in El Reno, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
