To daughter Nancy MAY and her children, 1/10 part to be held until her children come of age, then equally divided, her taking a child's part. Her husband to receive interest annually.
To daughter Elizabeth HALL and her children, 1/10 part to be equally divided, her taking a child's part.
To son David FULLER's children, 1/10 part to be kept until they come of age and equally divided. Interest kept by Osborn.
To Mary NOWLIN and her children, 1/10 part to be equally divided, her taking a child's part.
To son Daniel FULLER for the benefit of him and his children, 1/10 part to be kept until they come of age. Daniel to receive interest annually.
To my son Arthur FULLER's children 1/10 part, $50 to be paid to my daughter Mary NOWLIN and her children, it being the amount he borrowed of David NOWLIN in his lifetime and never repaid.
To daughter Lucy ESTES, 1/10 part.
To daughter Temperence MAY, 1/10 part.
David Fuller died before 5 Nov 1831 in Granville County, when his Inventory was taken (Bk 12, p.195).[9] The Estate Sale and Accounts were recorded 29 Nov 1831 (Bk 12, p.255-58).[10]
