Biography

David Fuller was born about 1752 in Granville, North Carolina, the son of Timothy Fuller and his wife Elizabeth (surname unknown). [1]

His wife may have been Elizabeth Pope.[citation needed] However, no evidence to date has been found to prove this relationship.

Will and Death:

David Fuller Sr made his will 18 Nov 1830, proved Nov Court 1831, in Granville, North Carolina (Bk 12, p191). Execs: son Osborn FULLER and friend John LeMAY; Wit: John PEACE, Stephen BRAGG. It names the following children: [8]

To son Osborn FULLER 1/10 part
To son Crawford FULLER 1/10 part
To daughter Nancy MAY and her children, 1/10 part to be held until her children come of age, then equally divided, her taking a child's part. Her husband to receive interest annually.
To daughter Elizabeth HALL and her children, 1/10 part to be equally divided, her taking a child's part.
To son David FULLER's children, 1/10 part to be kept until they come of age and equally divided. Interest kept by Osborn.
To Mary NOWLIN and her children, 1/10 part to be equally divided, her taking a child's part.
To son Daniel FULLER for the benefit of him and his children, 1/10 part to be kept until they come of age. Daniel to receive interest annually.
To my son Arthur FULLER's children 1/10 part, $50 to be paid to my daughter Mary NOWLIN and her children, it being the amount he borrowed of David NOWLIN in his lifetime and never repaid.
To daughter Lucy ESTES, 1/10 part.
To daughter Temperence MAY, 1/10 part.

David Fuller died before 5 Nov 1831 in Granville County, when his Inventory was taken (Bk 12, p.195).[9] The Estate Sale and Accounts were recorded 29 Nov 1831 (Bk 12, p.255-58).[10]

Deanna, I had contacted you before. According to my Fuller Genealogy Data Bank I have this David Fuller born abt. 1752 Bute Co, NC and death before 18 Nov 1831 Granville Co, NC. His father was Timothy Fuller b. abt. 1722 IOW, VA, d. before 27 Jan 1767 Bute Co, NC
