I believe that you have the incorrect parents for Martha. The information that I have for Martha Fultz linked to those parents is Mullins. I am disconnecting Charles Obadiah Fultz and Martha C. (Blankenship) Fultz as of now. If you have any documentation can verify that they are her parents we can always add them.
