(IV) Rev. David Funk, born Dec. 28, 1765 ; d. in Westmoreland Co., Pa., Oct. 4, 1833 ; married Catharine Godshall. In early life he was a farmer and distiller, and later was converted and became a Mennonite minister. Children : John, Samuel, Susan, Elizabeth, Barbara, Christian, Solo mon, Nancy, Abraham.
