Biography

Thomas Benjamin Beuragarde "Bennie T." Fuqua, son of Thomas Berryhill Fuqua and Camilla Martha Jane Hightower, was born on 25 July 1861 at Dublin, Laurens County, Georgia, USA.[1] He appeared on the census of 9 July 1860 in the home of his parents at Laurens County, Georgia.[2] He appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 in the home of his parents at Dublin, Laurens County, Georgia.[3]

He married Carrie Jane Rebecca Elizabeth Hudson about 1882.

He was a farmer when he and Carrie appeared on the census of June 1900 at Dublin, Laurens County, Georgia, his mother was living with them.[4]

Thomas died on 19 Feb. 1939 at Dublin, Laurens County, Georgia and was buried at Bluewater Baptist Church, Dublin, Laurens County, Georgia. His memorial has photos, biographical material and links to those of family members.
