Biography
John Gallup, born 13 Jan 1753 at Groton, Connecticut, was the seventh child of Hannah (Avery) Gallup (1719-1799) and Benadam Gallup III (1716-1800).
John Gallup died 9 Dec 1770 at Groton, Connecticut. He and his siblings James and Abigail died of typhoid fever within about four weeks of each other. A fourth, Hannah, died during the following month.
