Biography

Bill Gandy had a child, Emory NeSmith, born 14 November 1888, who was raised by his uncle and aunt Elijah Kyle and Jimmie NeSmith. Property may have been owned by W.N. and Mary A. Gandy.

Bill moved to Jacksonville, FL, about 1888, where he married Cordelia Overstreet 1871-1941. After Bill's death, Cordelia moved to Mulberry, FL. In 1940 she lived with her daughter Marie and her husband August Armstrong and who was tax collector in Madison County, FL.
