Biography

Sally was the daughter of Joshua and Sarah (Mills) Gardner, and the sister of Harvey, Ella, Louis, Samuel, Mary, Myrtle, Azalea, and Willard. She married Jesse Mills in about 1893. She was the mother of Bruce, Julia, Hubert Dean, and Dorcas.
