Biography

Ardis Gardner was born on April 11, 1928, in Afton, Wyoming, to Wallace Ivan and Gladys (Bennion) Gardner. She married Dean Jay Manning on June 16, 1953, in Logan, Utah. They were the parents of Connie, JaNae, Lynn, and Roy. According to her obituary, Ardis was a public school teacher for 28 years and played the piano, violin, and guitar. She died on July 26, 2008, in West Point, Utah, at the age of 80, and was buried in West Point Cemetery in West Point, Utah.
