Biography

Frank died at age 23 years while working on a power line at W. Broad St. in Richmond, VA for Virginia Electric & Power Company. He was pronounced dead at Memorial Hospital and is buried at Riverview Cemetery in the City of Richmond, Virginia. Aged 26 years old at death.

His first cousin, William Allen Rhodes, would sadly and ironically also pass away (though at age 51) under the same circumstances in 1941 and he, too, left behind 3 young children.
