"Annie" Garrett married Daniel Simmons on May 20, 1907 in Coffee County, Alabama. In 1910 Annie and Daniel Simmons lived in Peacock, Coffee County, Alabama. In 1915 ,their daughter Ruth was born and their son Rubin was born in 1918. In the 1920 census, they were still residing in Peacock, Coffee County, AL, under the name of Simmons.
In the 1940 census, Annie, was using the name Raner and her last name had changed to blair. At this time she was living in Florida with her children and was listed as a widow.
She is buried in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Panama City, Florida
