Mrs. J. Cleveland Moore

In the Homeopathic Hospital Saturday morning at 11 o'clock, Anna Mary, wife of J. Cleveland Moore, of Sugartown, passed away in the 55th year of her age. She was a daughter of the late Charles H. Garrett, and of Catherine E. Garrett, who is surviving.

Mrs. Moore was born on November 12, 1888, in Lansdowne, where she lived during her early years. She and Mr. More had made their home at Sugartown for the past three years. They formerly resided in Cheyney. She was a mebe of the First Presbyterian Church here.

Mrs. Moore was a good neighbor and a faithful wife and mother. She will be sadly missed by many friends.

In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by four children: M. Elizabeth, wife of Lawrence Lawton, of West Chester Gardens; Corporal Robert C. Moore, who is in the armed forces and is serving overseas, and Margaret Ann and William E. Moore, both at home. There are the following brothers and sisters: Charles E. Garrett, of West Chester; William E. Garrett, of Larchmont; Elsie, wife of James Wharton, of West Chester; Alice, wife of Ray W. Dein, of Ohio; Casper Garrett, of Upland; Ernst J., who is in the service; Darwin P., of West Chester, and Elizabeth, wife of Robert Fisher, of Llanerch. There is also one grandchild, Barbara Louise Lawton.

MOORE- In Homeopathic Hospital, on July 31st, Anna Mary, wife of J. Cleveland Moore, in the 55th year of her age.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the Hicks Funeral Home, 229 S. High St., West Chester, on Wednesday, August 4, at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening.
