DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Abraham by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
Christopher was a son of Lambert Garrison - (NYG&B has a nice article on his line) - but according to Y DNA was NOT related to David Charles Garrison from West Jersey (served in MD regiment in Am. Rev), nor I believe the Abraham and Jacob referenced.
There was no place called Garrisons Landing in NY in 1733 - later it would be called Nelsons Landing, then when sold to Harry Garrison in (I believe it was 1802) was called Garrisons Landing.
