Evaline was born about 1813. Evaline Garrison was the daughter of Thomas M. Garrison (1786 - 1866) and Elizabeth Anderson Garrison (1789 - 1857). She married Alfred Biggerstaff on March 16, 1837, in Hamilton County, Illinois. Evaline passed away in 1888.[1]
Karen remembers that Evaline was born Tennessee.[2]
