Biography
Milton Garrison, son of John Flavel Garrison and Elizabeth (Calhoun) Garrison, was born 17 June 1802 in Tennessee.[1]
In 1820, he moved to Park County, Indiana. He was an ordained minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church,[1]
About 1831, he married Rebecca McCord, daughter of Robert and Priscilla (Harris) McCord. They were the parents of seven known childaren.
In 1850, he lived in Knox County, Illinois with his wife and children, where he was engaged in farming.[2]
The family moved to Cambridge, Henry, Illinois and by 1860 they were recorded in the census living in that place.[3] Rebecca died in 1866.
Milton died 18 March 1882, at 80 years of age. [1]
