Thomas Gaskins was born in 1636, in Accomack County, Virginia, a son of Thomas Gaskins, the immigrant, born 1601, in England. About 1664, Thomas married Sarah (maiden name unknown) and they have two known sons:
Thomas died March 15, 1676, in Northumberland County, Virginia. [1] On January 21, 1679/80, John Pinkard, who married the relict (widow) of Thomas Gascoyne, and she now being dead, petitioned the court in the behalf of his estate, and that her five children might be delivered to John Taylor, Henry Magee, Josias Gascoyne and Henry Gascoyne. [Brothers and brothers-in-law of the deceased Thomas Gascoyne. [2]
