Biography

When Thomas Bolling Gay was born on May 15, 1797, in North Carolina, his father, Gilbert Gay (1771 - 1853) was 26 and his mother, L Lavice Reynolds Gay (1769 - 1852), was 28.

He had six sons and four daughters with Martha A. Bridges (1804 - 1860). between 1819 and 1844.

He died on October 1, 1864, in Woolsey, Georgia, at the age of 67, and was buried there. Find A Grave: Memorial #9680668
