In the 1930 Census Rella was 12 years of age and still at home. [3]
I found a Rellie (sic) G. Parker in the 1940 Census, in District one of Perry County, that was married to Felix Parker, I am 100 percent sure this is the same person as Rella Gay, with a name like Rellie or Rella and being listed as Rellie G. Parker, I am relatively sure. [4]
