1940 Census St Louis, Pottawatomie, Oklahoma: Teacher, Rented house, 1935 residence Davidson, Tillman, Oklahoma. Completed College, 5th or subsequent year. Worked 36 weeks, earned $900. She was married after 1940.
Constance Plumilla Gayer Maxey, 103, passed away Monday, Nov. 4, 2013. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Burleson [TX]. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. Survivors: Daughters, Samalyn Cudek Dougherty (Bill), Patricia Meier Nighswonger (Edwin), Carolyn Brantley (Bruce); sister, Gayle Hoberecht; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.[2]
