Anne Garland Gee (married name Toogood) was born on 8 April 1889, the daughter of Louisa Augusta (French) Gee and Joseph Henry Gee.^{[citation needed]}

She married Glen Albert Toogood on 9 April 1913 at Mount Pleasant, Victoria, Australia.^[1] Their children were:

• Alma Louisa Toogood (1913–?)^[2]
• Albert Joseph Toogood (1915–?)^[3]

Anne died on 1 December 1962 in Surrey Hills, Victoria, aged 73 years.^[4] Her remains were buried in 1862 at Box Hill Cemetery in Box Hill, Victoria.^[5]
