Florence was born in 1919, She was married to John Kenneth Sangster. and they had three children. she passed away in her 100th year, in 2018. Her obituary read as follows:

"Florrie Sangster - At Royal Terrace, Palmerston, on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Mrs. Florence Irene (Gee) Sangster of Listowel Ontario, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late J. Ken Sangster, dear mother of John and Jane Sangster of Dunsford, Kathy and Bruce Cunnington of Georgetown, and Dale Sangster of Keswick, Sister-in-law of Robert Sangster and Carol Wood of Port Elgin. Florence will be remembered by her grandchildren Tony, Tricia, and Matthew, by her great grandchildren , Tyson, Hannah, Evan and Alex, and by Jennifer, Kendra and Sam, and also by her many nieces and nephews.

The last surviving member of her family, she was pre-deceased by her parents, Daisy (Siegner) and John H. Gee, brother Jack Gee and sisters Elsie Andrew, Thelma Finkbeinder, Evelyn Kirk, Olga Fallis, Marie Roe, Marion Burdette and Dorothy McKay."
