Biography

Lydia Geer was born 10 Nov 1742. She was a daughter of James Geer and Sarah Chesebrough.

Her first husband was Jonas Satterlee, with whom she had all of her children.

Lydia was a widow when she married her second husband, James Avery, becoming his second wife. They were married sometime after 14 Feb 1785, the death date of his first wife.

Lydia (Geer) (Satterlee) Avery passed away 16 Sep 1822 in Ledyard, Connecticut.
