Biography

United States Census, 1860

1860 - Washington Township, Jefferson County, Arkansas

William A Gentry was enumerated at Sandy Springs, Grant County, Arkansas for the July 29, United States Census, 1870. He is noted as born 1854-1855 in Arkansas and at school as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Calvin M Gentry, female Mary N Gentry, female Elizon J Gentry, male Henry B Gentry, female Elisabeth F Gentry, female Clancy A Gentry, female Margarit C Gorden, male Robert G Gorden, female Mary R Gorden, male James A Gorden and female Martha A E Gentry.[1]
