Ann was born in 1735. Ann George ... She passed away in 1801. [1]

Martha Ann George who went by the name of Ann married Rev. Henry Gaines, June 5, 1756 and bore 13 children. Ann was the daughter of Richard George and Elizabeth Mayo. Ann George is buried at Gaines Chapel, near Donald's, South Carolina. This would be the Abbeville side of Saluda River at brow of hill, Saluda River 1/4 mile from William Baylous Gaines Mill. [2]
