Son père Louis Gezeron demeurant à Lafond, paroisse de La Rochelle (Notre-Dame-de-Cougnes) se marie deux fois : m-1 avec Marie Guitard, dont Louis-2, b. 10-09-1647 et inhumé 04-11-1647 LR (Ste-Marguerite) ; m-2 le 17-02-1658 LR (protestants), cm du 02-12-1657 Me Savin (LR) avec Marguerite Flandrin, fille de Jacques Flandrin, chaudronnier et de Marie Pellé. Un demi-frère Benjamin, né 19-12-1660 et b. 02-01-1661 La Rochelle (Temple protestant).[6][7]
Research Notes
The date of death 17 Nov 1712 is uncertain. The only burial in the Rg of Pointe-de-Lévis and Notre-Dame-de-Québec between 17 and 25 nov 1712 is for a baby; Jean Baptiste Jetas, buried 17 Nov 1712. [8] On the Marriage Record of his son Joseph, he is said to be living at St-Joseph de Lévy. No mention that he was already dead at that time. [9] *Date of death changed.
