Remembrance Gibbs was born in Litchfield, Connecticut, on February 4, 1734, the son of Benjamin Gibbs and Abigail Marshall.[1][2]

He married Rachel Hall in Litchfield on July 18, 1763.[2]

Sgt. Remembrance Gibbs died in Livonia, New York, in 1818.

Gibbs-911 and Gibbs-3227 appear to represent the same person because: same dates of birth, death
