Jonas Gibbs was born 9 September 1740 in Sudbury, Massachusetts, the son of Isaac and Thankful Gibbs [1]
He married Sarah Townsend on 30 Dec 1765 in Templeton, Worcester County, Massachusetts. [2] There is another record of their marriage on 3 Sep 1766 in Greenwich, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.[3] Their children:
