Biography

Dorothy was born in 1586, baptized on 14 Sep 1586. She was the daughter of Robert Gibson and Margaret Dorothy Burgess Rafte. On 11 Feb 1608 she married Thomas Gilpin (of Mill Hill). They had nine known children. She passed away in 1637. ^[1]

She was married to Thomas Gilpin at Caton on February 11 1608/9. ^[5]

Their son Francis was born in 1611 and christened in Caton in September of that year. ^[6]

She died in about 1614.
