Biography

On 20 February 1845, Caroline was married to Dr. Frederick Jones.

On 25 October 1850, Frederick and Caroline and their son Frederick lived in New Ipswich, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, a few houses from her father. Frederick was a physician.^[1]

On 18 June 1860, Frederic and Caroline and their children Frederic W. and Frances R. lived in New Ipswich. The elder Frederic was a physician. The family owned $1,000 in real estate and $1,500 in personal estate.^[2]

On 21 July 1870, Frederic and Caroline F. Jones and their children Fred W. and Frances were living in New Ipswich. The two men were physicians, Caroline was keeping house, and Frances was at home. The family owned $2,500 in real estate and $5,000 in personal estate.^[3]

On 19 June 1880, Frederic and Caroline and their children Frederic W. and Frances R. lived in New Ipswich, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Frederic was a physician, Caroline was keeping house, Frederic was a teacher & newspaper correspondent, and Frances was an artist and reporter for papers.^[4]

In April 1910, Caroline lived with her son Frederick and his wife Mabel in New Ipswich.^[5]

Caroline died from hypertrophy of heart & mitral lesion on 2 January 1914.^[6] She was buried in Central Cemetery in New Ipswich, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.^[7]
