Robert William Gilbert was born on 6 Aug 1897

Death Notice: GILBERT, Robert William (Bill). —December 19, 1954, at a private hospital, Gosford, dear husband of Lucie and fond father of Arthur, Elsie, Noel, and Stanley, aged 58 years.[1]

Robert is buried in Point Clare Cemetery, NSW with his gravestone stating that he died in 1954 aged 57.[2]
