Sarah Peek, age 46, was listed as wife of William Peek, age 54, on the 1850 census of Paulding County, GA, with their son William - age 14.

The Peeks lived in the Antioch area (southeast of Cedartown) of what became Polk County after the 1850 census.

• Obituary of their child Sarah Frances Peek Crabb, March 1900, in Cedartown Standard newspaper. Lists her parents as the late William B Peek and late Sarah Gilbert. An earlier edition of the same newspaper stated that her brother George Peek was a grandson of the Henry Peek who lived in Cedartown, Polk County.
