Mrs. Lettie Ann Susan Nelson, 92, for many years a resident ofGainesville, passed away Thursday morning at 7:30 o'clock at her home,401 North Morris
street, where she resided with her sister, Mrs. Sara Jane Winkler. Shehad been in failing health for several years.
Funeral Services will be held at Leazer-Keel Funeral Chapel, Fridaymorning at 10 o'clock. Rev. O. J. Robinson, pastor of Grand AvenueBaptist Church, of which she was a member, will officiate. Burial will bein Fairview Cemetery.
On January 25, 1850, she was born in Tennessee, a daughter of Mr. andMrs. James H. Giles. She was married at Mt. Vernon, Illinois to IraNelson, and came to Cooke County in 1885. Mr. Nelson preceded her indeath by several years.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Winkler, of Gainesville: and threebrothers, Jeff Giles of Colorado, Charlie Giles of Hollis, Okla, and WashGiles of Sulphur, Ok.
