Biography

I was born in Port Colborne, Niagara Region, Canada. My grandparents Janet Brogan and John Gillespie emigrated from Scotland in the 1920’s and raised a large family who spread out across both Canada and the USA.

I am a retired Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and reside in the Waterloo Region, which is 100 km west of Toronto. I am married to Marla (McMaster) and we have two adult children who live in the same community. Our daughter Jordan is a grade one teacher, is married to Vince Tummillo, and they have a son Bronson. Our son Jared is a corporate lawyer and is married to Laura McCarthy.

Hello

Learning more about family connections in Scotland is something I hope to do through wiki tree. They came to Canada in the 1920's so we have limited information.
