Obituary:

Mrs. Marie Louise Lemoine, 93, of Acres of Pine, Coventry, died Wednesday [20 February 1923] at the Kent County Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Louis Lemoine. Born in St. Ours sur Richelieu, Canada, Aug. 8, 1869, a daughter of the late Louis and Hermine (Cormier) Girouard, she resided in the Pawtuxet Valley for the last 66 years. She was a member of the Union of Prayer of St. John's Church, Arctic. Survivors are a son, Henri L. Lemoine of West Warwick; two daughters, Mrs. Bernadette Brouillard and Mrs. Rachel Ringuette, both of Coventry; a sister, Miss Adelina Girouard of Manville, and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the Potvin and Son Funeral Home, 167 Washington St., West Warwick, Monday [25 February 1963] at 8 a.m., with a solemn requiem Mass in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Coventry, at 9. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Warwick.^[1]
