'George Glascock was a medical doctor in VA, married to Martha Howard before 1770 in VA. Their family moved, prior to 1773, from Richmond County VA, to NC. A complex chain of events that began during the American Revolution, and culminated in Moore Co, NC in 1787, led to the murder of Dr. George Glascock on October 18, 1787. This whole case, with many details, can be read about in the "Glascocks of England and America" by Lawrence A. Glassco, 1984, and in Genealogy.com under Hanna Family Tree: "Information about Dr. George Glascock."

The Glascocks, George and wife Martha (Patty), are buried in Old Muse Cemetery at Cross Hill in Carthage, NC. Molly Glascock, their youngest child, born the year, 1787, of her father's death, married Jesse Franklin Muse born 1792, NC. ( Entered by Marianne Muse, Mar 9, 2018)

Glascock-532 and Glasscock-158 appear to represent the same person because: Born 1743; Died 1787

Son of William Glascock and Esther (Ball) Glascock

Husband of Martha (Howard) Glascock

This looks to be a duplicate of Glasscock-172 and Glascock-177, can you take a look?
