Harriet Gleason was born in 1843 in Warrensville, Cuyahoga, Ohio to Zilpha Smith and Henry Gleason. [1][2] The Gleason family relocated from Ohio to Michigan between 1860 and 1870.
Harriet married Alexander Mariels before 1870. They lived in Summerville, Monroe, Michigan. [3] They had two children. He died in 1876.
Harriet died on May 25, 1906 and was buried in Deerfield Township Cemetery, Deerfield, Lenawee, Michigan. [4]
