Mary was born to Thomas and Sarah (birth surname unknown) Gleason on Jun 19, 1680 at Sherborn, Massachusetts Bay.[1] She married Jacob Pepper at Roxbury on April 15, 1714[2] and they had at least three children, the youngest two born in Framingham.[3] Mary survived her husband who died in 1739 and administered his estate.[4]
