DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Susanna by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Susanna:

Hello Bob - nice to meet you :-) Please look over the following information. I hate to 'cut away' (prune) the family tree but it appears her LNAB should be Unknown. I am unable to locate a reference to Susanna Pratt, daughter of Thomas in this profiles cited source (1). Perhaps you can help? Or was it just a misquote. Based upon the following it looks like Thomas Gleason did not have a daughter named Susanna:
It is recorded in the oldest of Sherborn, Massachusetts town records that "Thomas Pratt (Jr.) and Susannah ______ " were married by 1656.

Susannah is believed by current descendants of Thomas and Susannah to have been the daughter of Thomas and Susannah (Page) Gleason, believed to be an associated family of the Pratt's. The Gleason family owned "Gleason's pond" purchased by Thomas Gleason. Unfortunately at this time records from the time they lived do not provide an answer. Additionally, several sources utilized by these family tree's to support the LNAB of Gleason do not mention Thomas Gleason (Sr.) as having a daughter Susannah.
Thanks for all that, Leigh Ann--I believe that changing the LNAB to unknown would be counter-productive, since there IS a belief, as you state, that her surname was Gleason. You have done the issue justice simply by alluding to the question on this profile. That should suffice to the uninitiated.
Greetings! I thought I might put my "two cents" worth into this discussion as I am also a descendant of Thomas Pratt. I believe the Claassen and Ullmann articles cited in the "Sources" section of this profile provide a persuasive argument for identifying Susanna as the daughter of Thomas and Susanna Page Gleason. I would be careful citing White as an argument against identifying Susanna as a daughter of Thomas and Susanna Page Gleason as his work is known to contain errors.
I would go so far as to state there is more convincing evidence that Thomas Pratt's wife is Susanna Gleason, daughter of Thomas and Susanna Page Gleason than there is for you calling Thomas Pratt "Junior" and creating a Thomas Pratt "Senior".
Gleason-309 and Gleason-1875 appear to represent the same person because: Gleason-1875 is married to the same man, my direct ancestor whom I'm trying to straighten out. I believe Gleason-1875 is the same woman as Gleason-309 but one of these dates is from an unsourced birth record. Please approve and execute the merge so that I stop seeing double. Thanks for your help.

Because of these reasons her LNAB should be unknown.
