Roma Gleason was born June 24, 1928 to Edna Parker and Harry Gleason in Otto, Cattaraugus, New York.
In the 1930 United States Census, 1-year-old Roma was living with her parents and siblings, Muriel, Stanley, and Norma in Otto. Her father, Harry, was a laborer in a lumber camp.[1]
In 1940, 11-year-old Roma, was still in Otto, New York with her family, now joined by the youngest Gleason sibling, Janice. Harry, age 55, was a farmer.[2]
Roma married Charles Yeaw on October 25, 1945 in Steele, Minnesota and had five children, all of whom were born in Dunkirk, Chautauqua, New York. [3] Roma and Charley were divorced in April 1965. On November 13, 1965, Roma married Raymond Ludlow in Northeast, Pennsylvania. [4]
Roma died April 22, 1991 and was buried in Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, Hamburg, New York. [5][6] Roma's husband, Raymond Ludlow, died in 2009. [7]
