There are several records of a November, 1870 marriage in Tennessee for S.E. Blair and W.A. Glenn. If this is the same couple, then the dates of the children listed in the 1870 census may indicate prior marriage(s).

Sarah's Find A Grave memorial shows m. 23 Jan 1853 with no source but makes sense.
