DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Henry by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Henry:

I came across this back in 2004 and thought I would share:

Jacobus did add an Additions and Corrections to his "Families of Ancient New Haven" Book III page 765. He believed her surname was Davis and not Wakeman or Russell. His explanation follows.

"It was formerly supposed that Helena or Ellen w. of Henry Glover was a Wakeman, but the English wills published in the Wakeman Genealogy make it clear that she was not. Prof. Dexter in New Haven Town Records, Vol. 2, p.9, suggested that she was a Russell, and this was followed in the text, but placed in brackets to indicate that it was hypothetical. It is perhaps more likely that she was sister of William Davis, who m. Martha Wakeman, and whose da. m. William Russell. The will of John Wakeman refers to his sister Davis and sister Glover. Martha Davis was his sister by blood and if Helena was sister of William Davis, that would make her the sister-in-law of John Wakeman's sister. Martha Davis names two of the Glover children in her will, and William Russell left his children to the care of Henry Glover and his wife.

What will it take to find out what the maiden name of his wife was? Where is the evidence for either Wakeman or Russell? Anderson suggests she might have a Cooper.

Glover-2056 and Glover-393 are almost certainly two different men. I believe that Glover-393 has the wife and death date that belong to Glover-2056. Glover-2056 has unknown parents, and Glover-393 has parents and a note that there may be problems with them. Both profiles clearly state that there were 3 Henry Glovers in the colonies at that time. Instead of merging these two, work needs to be done to clarify which Henry Glover is which so they are not inadvertently combined in the future. Glover-2435 is apparently the profile for the third one.
