Biography

Roy was born in 1894 in Burlington, Ontario.^[1] He is the son of Bert Glover and Margaret Parker. His household information can be viewed on the 1901 Canadian Census and also on the 1911 Canadian Census (on line 5) where he is shown to be working as an engineer at the age of 16.^[2]

The 1921 Census shows Leroi, age 26, living at 100 Mars Ave. in Hamilton, Ontario with his wife Lela 23, Louise Fester 40, Leveda Fester 16, and Emma Fester 14.
