Hello Joanna,

I hope you're enjoying WikiTree.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree. Be sure to look for Duplicates before adding a profile, and always include Sources for your information.

The Help Index covers topics you may have questions about.

Our G2G Forum is where many of our generous members help each other out.

Visit our "Weekend Chat". Say hello, introduce yourself and see what other members are up to right now! http://www.wikitree.com/g2g/163485/weekend-chat-all-members-are-invited-july-10-12

Of course, I'm here to help in any way I’m able.

Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree. You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree - if you have pre-1700's ancestors to add, please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Also, be sure to include a list of the sources used, on each profile you add.

If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the Help section or head over to the G2G forum and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House, you might also want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created.

Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.

Good luck growing your branches, Patt

Welcome!

I am a Polish student logistics, which privately fascinated by history, especially the history of my own family.

I'm not new to genealogy research, because I deal with this for five years. But I must say that until recently I got to data that allowed me to develop my family tree. The truth is that in my homeland there is an organization indexing registry books and in them I found a great family. Data publish through facebook, so they are widely available, and for that I thank them.

Speaking of genealogy, I know this is complicated science, but anyone can be a genealogist and research the history of his family. As a result, we can learn that the best friend we're a family, is that the tenth generation, but always family.
